1. general provisions
1.1 These terms and conditions set out the rules for making reservations and using the flats and guest houses offered by [company name or site owner].

2. Reservations and payments
2.1 Reservations can be made online via the website, by telephone or by e-mail.
2.2 Some offers may be non-refundable, in which case cancellation is not possible and the amount paid is non-refundable.

3 Residence rules

4. horse riding - Paskudy guesthouse
4.1 Horse riding is only available by prior appointment.
4.2 All ride participants are required to sign a statement of health and acceptance of risk.
4.3 Minors may only enjoy horse riding with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
5. accountability
5.1 The owner of the facility is not responsible for items left in the flat or guest house.
5.2 The guest shall be held financially responsible for any damage caused through his/her fault.
6 Personal data
6.1 The controller of the personal data is [name of website or company owner].
6.2 Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of processing the booking, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the RODO.
7 Final provisions
7.1 In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
